Locally Roasted Coffee


Our espresso starts with beans from Roastology, a Richmond-based roaster known for fresh, high-quality coffee. The result is a smooth, balanced espresso that pairs beautifully with both classic and seasonal flavors.

Premium Syrups by Proper


We use Proper Syrup in our drinks — a premium syrup brand made with real ingredients and thoughtful flavor profiles. It gives our drinks a clean, elevated sweetness without tasting artificial or overpowering.

Housemade Syrups


Many of our seasonal syrups are made in-house, which allows us to create unique, book-inspired flavors with ingredients like maple syrup, brown sugar, fresh strawberries, and more. These handmade touches are part of what makes Paperback Pours feel special.

Thoughtful Milk Options


Our oat milk is exclusively Califia Farms because it is certified gluten-free — something that matters deeply to us. As someone with a gluten allergy, using a trusted gluten-free option is non-negotiable. We also offer whole milk for a rich, classic finish.
