I’m Emily, the face behind Paperback Pours. This dream started with something simple: making lattes for my neighbors on slow weekend mornings. What I didn’t expect was how quickly those weekends would grow into a cozy little community. People coming not just for coffee, but for connection and a moment of calm in their day.

I’ve always loved books and I’ve always loved coffee, and Paperback Pours became the perfect blend of both. Every drink I craft is inspired by stories, seasons, and nostalgia with small-batch syrups, thoughtful ingredients, and flavors meant to feel like a warm chapter you can sip.

What began as a hobby has grown into something bigger. I’m currently building a mobile coffee trailer that will allow me to bring these drinks to more neighborhoods, events, and communities. As we broaden our reach, my goal stays the same: create meaningful moments and make people feel cared for, one cup at a time.
